Technical Support
Chromebook Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are closing out of applications and properly shutting down the chromebook. Do not just close the lid, as this will cause applications, features, and tools to freeze or break.
- If something doesn't work or freezes, hold the power button down for 7-10 seconds to shut the chromebook down, wait a few seconds, and then power the chromebook back on. Check to see if the issues is resolved.
- If your camera, your microphone, or any other part of the chromebook is not working, try a hard reset following these Google Hard Reset Directions.
