Letter to Parents
Week of May 24, 2021
Dear Canty Families:
We are enjoying the warmer weather and love seeing all of the students and families using the playground and field. Please remember that CPS policy and guidance still requires the wearing of a cloth face covering when on school grounds. This includes playing on the playground and field after school. Thank you for your cooperation.
Vaccination Information
All Chicagoans who are 12 and older can get vaccinated to protect themselves against COVID-19! The easiest way for youth to find locations offering the Pfizer vaccine is to search on Vaccine Finder and filter by vaccine type.

Medical Forms (Kinder, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th Grades) - Due ASAP
Students needing updated medical forms should send updated forms ASAP to prevent the chance of being medically excluded from school.
