Letter to Parents
Week of October 12, 2020
Dear Canty Families:
While we are dodging raindrops today, I hope you were able to spend a little bit of time together with family. Progress Reports will be mailed to your homes, but are also available at school. Please come between 8:00am-4:00pm on Tuesday to pick your child’s Progress Report.
Required School Forms
Thank you to all the families who uploaded and/or dropped off their emergency, media, income and health forms. We must receive new forms every year. These forms were due September 11th. Canty likes to pride ourselves with 100% participation in Network 1. We are past the half-way mark. If you do not want to put personal information on the income form, please write the students' names on the form, sign the form, write refused across it and return it to school. Each form returned is vital funding for Canty. You can upload your completed forms on-line here! These forms are required for EACH Canty student. These forms are all located in the electronic form, in the packet handed out at material pick up or can be picked from Canty. If you are having difficulty please call the school office or email Mrs. Swan at cadunleavyswan@cps.edu
